We are delighted to invite you to an interactive workshop with renowned artist Julie Simmons, where you'll dive into the fascinating world of watercolour and wax pastel techniques. Julie is a multi-award-winning artist celebrated for her masterful ability to capture light, colour, and mood in her works. Her engaging teaching style and deep knowledge make her workshops inspiring for artists of all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned painter.
Julie’s work is often inspired by her travels and the beauty of everyday life, and her creative use of watercolour and wax pastels allows for stunning textures and vibrant effects. Her unique approach has earned her recognition both nationally and internationally.

Workshop by Ashley Frost

We are delighted to invite you to an interactive workshop with renowned artist Ashley Frost.
Born in Sydney, Ashley studied at the National Art School and was PhD candidate in Visual Arts at the University of Wollongong. Ashley has had regular solo exhibitions in Australia and New York since 1991 and he has shown in numerous group exhibitions around Australia. In 2003 he won the Kings School Acquisitive Art Award as well as receiving an Australian Post- Graduate Award Scholarship.

Recently, Ashley was a finalist for the NSW Parliament Plein Air Art Prize 2017, a finalist and winner of the Viewer's Choice Award for the Mosman Art Prize 2017, and a finalist in the Archibald Prize in 2017 with a portrait of Janet Dawson.

Bookings are essential. There will be no refund for individual cancellations, unless we can replace your position.
CPAS reserves the right to cancel any workshop if minimum number is not reached.
FULL REFUND will be given in this case. Announcement of cancellation will be done 2 weeks in advance unless it is due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants must bring their own art materials/tools, workshop details will be announced for each workshop including materials needed etc.
No lunch is provided so please BYO - Tea & coffee are provided​
